European stock markets declined

European shares below par , the EURO STOXX 50 to -0.90 % DAX closed at -0.75 %, the CAC 40 -0.68 % , the FTSE 100 -0.43 %, the IBEX 35 to 0.17 % - European stock markets declined . The FTSE MIB closed at -0.57 % , the FTSE Italy All-Share at -0.55 % , the FTSE Italy Mid Cap to -0.27 % , the FTSE Italy Star at -0.28 % . As Concerning macroeconomic data of the day point out that the EIA (Energy information Administration ) reported that , in the week ending on 24 January last , oil inventories in the U.S. rose by 6.421 million barrels. Analysts' estimates were fixed to an increase of 2.338 million barrels. In the previous week the crude oil inventories had increased by 0.990000000 barrels. According to the data the ECB's M3 money supply in December showed a rise of 1, 0% on an annual basis , less than expected and the previous survey , fixed, respectively, at 1 , 7% and 1.5%. The private loans have fallen by 2.3% in line with consensus and recognition of the previous month . The composite index of Italian business confidence falls to 97.7 points in January from 98.2 in December. Expectations were for an index of 98.7 points. In Spain in December retail sales fell by 1 , 0% compared to the same period of 2012. In November retail sales were found to increase by 1, 8 % y / y . This figure is considerably lower than the estimates of the experts , who were waiting for an increase of 1 , 3%. Bending Heavy Fiat ( -4.11 %) at the end of the morning released figures for the last quarter of 2013 , data that have disappointed analysts' expectations . The profit from ordinary activities ( trading profit ) grew to € 931 million from € 887 million a year earlier but less than the 1.145 billion expected by the consensus. Lower than expected earnings before taxes ( -74 million ), compared with 590 million estimated. For 2014 the company expects revenues of approximately 93 billion Euros with a trading profit of between about 3.6 and 4.0 billion Euros . Analysts had forecast a trading profit of 4.15 billion. The Board of Directors of Fiat decided to establish Chrysler Fiat Automobiles NV , a Dutch company resident for tax purposes in the UK will become the holding company of the Group. The ordinary shares of FCA will be listed in New York and Milan  .... ...  ...
